Yogurt Mustard Dressing

2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 to 2 tablespoons water
Salt and freshly ground pepper

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Add water to the desired
consistency. Add the salt and pepper. Keeps for weeks in the refrigerator.
